Students at Indus paragliding come from all walks of life and from all over the country and the world. Over the last 15 years, our students have included corporate executives, techies, professionals, artists, students, members of the armed forces, and even commercial pilots and fighter pilots! The age of our students range from teenagers to those well into their 60’s, both men and women and we love seeing the look on each of their faces after their first flight.
At Indus, it’s about more than just business and we try to create a warm, family-like atmosphere filled with fun, food, laughter, and of course…flying!

I did not know the thrill of this sport until I did it. On 02/02/2018 trained by Sanjay Pendurkar, Yogi & the rest of the Indus Paragliding School team I, Inspiring Ilango glided in the air as a solo pilot despite my being visually challenged since birth. I enjoyed every moment there. After a series of training sessions having theory & practice I flew/glided in the air on 02/02/2018 as a solo pilot. Trillions of thanks to Sanjay, Yogi & all the boys of Indus, who were very kind, loving & determined to make me do it. We miss those days of unforgettable memories; the weather, food, stay, Sanjay’s Flute recitals every evenings, meeting new trainees & the most inevitable early morning trainings.

Well I just finished my EP & CP course and all I can say is I just wanted to stay there longer hadn’t there been a large group who had just arrived a day earlier.
Here, safety is no 1 priority. Pre-flight checks are taken very seriously. Don’t be surprised if you get scolded because you forgot to do your pre-flight check.
Very friendly and highly skilled instructors. Will explain things to you with patience even if you ask a million times.
Its just been 2 hrs since I’ve left that place after completing my CP and I can’t wait to get back there next season.
Genuinely the best thing you could do in all of India. The accommodation is so chill, right on the lakeside and away from India’s hustle and bustle. The gods in the kitchen cook the most incredible meals for breaky, lunch and dinner, with an extraordinary BBQ on Saturday nights. All the guys who work there are hilarious, professional and also just want to have a good time, you’ll never want to leave. They’re not staff, they’re friends! The flying site was beautiful, never did I feel unsafe, there are so many staff there to help and support you through the elementary and co pilot courses. Just the most extraordinary experience you could ask for, would highly recommend to anyone with a curiosity for getting ‘indus sky.’ Thanks guys!

My association with Indus Paragliding was even before the school was formed. Today Indus Paragliding is one of the most successful paragliding schools in Kamshet and I am very proud to be part of it.
